Hailing from the Carcassonne area of Southern France, this is a more grown-up version of sausages and baked beans! Made with chunks of bacon, shredded confit duck, borlotti beans, red wine, tomatoes and merguez sausages. Great with hunks of baguette and a large glass of red wine.
